The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are a bit small and tend to get warm, but overall, no major complaints. The wooden floors make it a bit echoey, and they don't actually have queen beds despite advertising them. On the other hand, the service was polite and accommodating, with early check-in that didn't make us feel indebted. The location is excellent, right above a mall with plenty of restaurant options, and the dining experience, while decent, can be slow during peak times. The facilities are satisfactory, albeit not exceptional.
